Making a Booking

You can make a booking either by emailing us with the details - our email address is rentals@New-Zealand-rental-cars.com - or filling out one of the following booking forms. Note: It is not a positive booking until we have confirmed the arrangements back to you.

Please read these booking conditions first:

Rentals cars and station wagons:

To confirm the booking we require your credit card number.  We will deduct a 10% deposit on confirming the booking.  There is no cancellation charge if you notify us at least 14 days before the expected arrival date that you are cancelling, in which case your deposit will be refunded on to your credit card. If less than 14 days notice of the cancellation is given the deposit of 10% - or four days hire, whichever is the greater - will be taken as a cancellation fee. You are advised to check your travel insurance policy to ensure that cancellations fees are covered in the event of you being unable to travel.

Sleepervans / Minicoaches / FamilyCamperVans / Supersleepers:

To confirm the booking we require your credit card number. A deposit of 10% is payable on confirmation of the booking and will be debited to your credit card.  The balance of the amount of the hire must be paid no later than 21 days prior to the start of the hire. That amount may be lodged to your credit card on or after that date. Prior to that date there is no cancellation fee, but if you cancel between 14 and 21 days from the date of the booking we charge two weeks hire. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable. You are advised to check your travel insurance policy to ensure that cancellations fees are covered in the event of you being unable to travel.

Click here to make a booking with a credit card:

Please click through to the booking form. You will then be transferred to a secure server - it is operated by a certified independent service provider - where you can type in your credit card details.

Note: All booking requests are subject to confirmation from us. You will receive that confirmation by email.

Click here to make a booking without a credit card:

If you do not have a credit card please use this booking form. If for some reason you are not transmitting your credit card details at this stage also use this form. But please be aware that until we have some form of deposit or credit card details the booking is not positively confirmed. If you do not have a credit card please advise us of that fact and we will tell you how to meet the deposit requirement.

It doesn't matter if you can't fill out all the fields, just give whatever information you have available.

Note: All booking requests are subject to confirmation from us. You will receive that confirmation by email.
